ITSY NAILS LONDON Review

07:00:00

For me nail polish is a rather big part of my life as I just love to have my nails done for every occasion and I like nothing more than to find a beautiful shade of nail varnish that will be used time and time again until the bottle is empty, which seems to happen quite a lot if I'm honest. So when I got the chance to try out some DuraPRO Gel effect varnish from ITSY NAILS LONDON I was super pleased!!

I received 3 different shades; Drop Red Gorgeous, Bohemian Gypsy and Cosi Ti Amo. My faviourite from this set has to be Cosi Ti Amo, which is a beautiful shade of blue that goes with pretty much my whole wardrobe, I just love that I use this colour for so many outfits as this definitely helps as sometimes it can take me ages to find something that will fit well. These polishes come in an 11ml bottle which I find to be a quite a good size and they have a lovely flat brush for applying to nails. One of my faviourite things about the bottle is that there is a square lid you can take odd then a round handle on the brush so it's an easy grip.

These polishes are described as an alternative to UV Gel polishes, no need for the UV light and no need to soak off! PERFECT! The polish is so lovely to apply and I found that using two coats seems to be enough to give full coverage unlike some nail polishes that seem to need 4 so you don't have any see through patches. They are very opaque, I LOVE IT. One thing that is amazing about this polish is the quick drying time, I found that I should wait until the first coat is dry and then apply the next. It seems to work out a lot better that way.

So now onto the swatches, I just love how bright Drop Red Gorgeous looks, because it is defiantly like that in real life!

  2. T loves nail polish (when I let her wear them, which is rare ;) As for me, I have a weird thing about nail polish. I can't sleep with nail polish on. I have to remove it, otherwise, it feels like my nails are wearing something. Weird huh? ;)
