Review │Seventeen Make up

Hello lovelies.

Today's post is all about seventeen Make up, one brand that I absolutely love to use because of their great prices and product quality.
I have been using seventeen for a while now and I can honestly say with hand on heart it is one of the best brands I have used.

Normally when I'm looking for makeup I'll look for brands such as Rimmel or max factor etc.... you know the drug store brands? And that's what Seventeen is, this brand is available to buy in boots. They have some amazing products and the price is a definite eye catcher although sometimes I always think that affordable makeup can't be as good as those priced at around £30/£40 but I was wrong, you CAN get affordable makeup that's long lasting. The Seventeen products have integrated into my routine nicely. Today I'm going to tell you all a little bit about some of their make up because it's brilliant.

Skin wow 3 way Highlighter

I have been using this liquid highlighter along with my peaches and cream powder one just to give myself that extra glow and boy does it work! I feel like with some liquid highlighters you can run the risk of using too much at once and not applying it correctly so it ends up absolutely everywhere, so I have a trick for you all, use a mini beauty Blender! The mini real techniques ones work wonders. I apply a little bit of this seventeen highlighter to my nose, above my cheekbones and in my cupid's bow area and the shine is lovely plus it's not over powering. I like that you can build upon it to create the glow you want.

Matt Lipsticks

I have already spoke about these lipsticks in a blog post of their own which you can find > HERE < but I did want to touch on them again as I feel they are a staple pieces to have in your make up collection. They are long lasting and very opaque which I love. They also don't dry your lips out like some others do plus they have a nice range of colours you can choose from.

Skin wow liquid concealer

What did I do before this little beauty?! I really don't know. I never knew how much I would need this in my life until I started to use it. My make up routine would not be complete with out this that's for sure. I apply this to the bridge of my nose, cupid's bow area and under my eyes and sometimes use it in my contouring
routine. I apply it on top of my foundation to areas I really want highlighted and covered, this little product surpasses my expectations every time, I love how it doesn't sit heavy on my skin and that it doesn't make my skin looks super pale. When I first went to use this little miracle worker, I thought it was going to be too light for my olive skin but luckily enough it blended right in on top of my foundation helping me archive my desired look. My faviourite thing about this concealer though is the brush applicator, it does make such a difference in applying my makeup.

Easy on the eyes, The big Smoke

I used to love doing my eye make up constantly, it was one of my faviourite things to do in my make up routine but I stopped for a while and when I got this Pallet through the door I had an excuse to try out some different looks and now I've incorporated eye shadow back into my routine again. One of my faviourite things about this Pallet is the step by step guide you receive with it to help you create the perfect smoky eye. Unlike other Pallets, it comes with cream eye shadows and a primer all in the one Pallet! It's all there! It's perfect because it saves you carrying around three different products... you have 3 in one for this product and that is a big hit in my eyes. The colours are beautiful! I mean, just look at these colours, they are great to play around with to create different colour combinations with.

Skin glow

I love me some bronzer, so when I got this amazing piece in the goodies I was sent from Lauren at Seventeen, I was in heaven! Finally! A new bronzer. I had been meaning to pick some more up as I ran out but I kept forgetting so this was a welcomed treat for sure. I have been using this for a few months now and I feel like it's still a full product.... it never goes down! This bronzer is also a lovely shade, it doesn't make your skin look too "orange" or to brown, it really does create that nice glow to give you a sun kissed feel. Plus it's great in my contouring routine!

And there you have it, some amazing seventeen products that you definetly need this party season! It's affordable and great quality! What more could you want?!?!
