Kissmass with Sensodyne

I have suffered with sensitive teeth for as long as I can remember! I've always watched my friends digging into ice lollies or anything cold, wishing I could do the same! But the fear of getting an excruciating pain through my teeth has always kept me from enjoying some cold treats. It's not just cold foods or drinks though that get to me, it's hot foods as well, like hot chocolate, tea, coffee, any kind of hot drink, although it's not as bad as the cold treats, it does still bug me. So with it just being the christmas season and new year, well, all the treats were out in force! So as you can imagine I was wondering what I could eat without having to go through the agony that is having sensitive teeth.

But now I have hope when it comes to this sort of thing! I've been given the change to test out Sensodyne True white, a special formulated toothpaste to help target sensitive teeth AND help you whiten your teeth at the same time, BOOM! Something that definetly appeals to me, I am always looking for teeth whitening products, I moan about it quite a lot on twitter actually haha! so this is perfect for me.

I have been using this toothpaste for a little under two weeks now and I can already feel a difference in my teeth, they are looking more sparkly, I am not ashamed to smile anymore, it's really helped to lift some surface stains I have had which is a big bonus for me. I have also noticed a difference when I have tea, my teeth don't have a tingle to them anymore and I managed to eat a full bowl of ice cream without feeling the sharp pain run through my bottom gum!

So let's get down to business, It's a toothpaste especially for sensitive teeth that had whitening agents in it. The tube it comes in has a screw on lid which helps to stop leakage (perfect) The packaging is a lovely white box which has the brand name etc.. on it, so you know that it's definitely sensodyne toothpaste plus it tells you exactly what it does, I LOVE products like this, I like to know what I am getting! The taste is mint but not an overpowering mint taste, it's fresh, you feel good and like your mouth has had a burst inside of it that makes you feel... KISSABLE! it's perfect.

Sensodynes Dr Amit Rai's 5 top tips for Kissable mouths

Step one; Brush Up
Brush your teeth for two minutes, Twice daily.
Tip! Cleaning your tongue can help reduce bad Breath.

Step 2: Polish your pearly whites
For sensitive teeth use a toothpaste with low absorption to help minimise wear on sensitive areas of teeth with whitening properties, Like Sensodyne True White

Step 3: Don't Skip a Brush
Brushing your teeth might feel like the last thing you want to do if you have been out partying, but not keeping on top of your oral health can lead to gum disease, decay and acid wear.

Step 4: Get Fresh
Use mouth wash in between brushes to help keep on top of bad breath and oral hygiene.

Step 5: Everything in Moderation
Try to keep those sugary snacks at a minimum, This helps avoid putting your teeth at risk of decay.

"Sensodyne True White is a unique, Ultra-low abrasion toothpaste designed to care for sensitive teeth and gently whiten, with twice daily brushing.

More than ten times less abrasive than many everyday whitening toothpastes, sensodyne true white provides specialist care for sensitive teeth, whilst helping to gently life and prevent tooth stains." - Taken from the Sensodyne information I recieved.

I was so amazed to be part on sensodyne's Kissmass campaign, not only did they send me their True White toothpaste to try out but I also recieved a white Instax mini, 2 refill packs and a christmas photo booth props set! I feel beyond lucky and honoured to be a part of this because wow, what a christmas gift indeed! I certainly celebrated Christmas with sensodyne, We used the Polaroid camera, took lovely family photos that we can keep forever, we had so much fun with the props, using them in games and Leon just had a blast with them, Seeing my son so taken with the props was so beautiful to watch. Not only did I celebrate with sensodyne, My family did as well, they helped us to create memories that will last a lifetime and for that I am forever grateful.

I just want to say as a bit of a side note, Just because sensodyne sent me these lovely presents doesn't mean I wouldn't be 100% honest with my readers, I pride myself on my honesty, so please keep that in mind with this review. But PS. The toothpaste is actually working for me and I have had so many compliments on my smile so far!
