April Pink Parcel

07:00:00

Hey Lovelies!

I'm back with another Pink Parcel post and it's the April one. This is my third post of this series, you can view February's & March' s by clicking on the links ;)

This month box I received on the 8th of April and this time I went for a Tampon box because I'll have my periods when I'm on holiday so I need as many as I can get, I just thought since I'm paying for the box anyway why not get the tampons through pink parcel rather than buying them from the shop. That's one thing I do love about pink parcel, you can change up your box at anytime!

Sanitary Products;

Tampons x10
Panty Liners x5
Pads

Treats;

PiffPaff
Conscious
Your tea - Sleep Tea
Lagers All-around Cream
Hikari Lipstick Dune
Dove Pure Care Dry Oil Conditioner
Hair on
Patisserie Hand cream

Normally every month I am IN LOVE with the products that are in the Pink Parcel box but for the first time ever, I'm rather dissapointed. Now I don't completely hate the products in this month's box but I feel a little "meh" about them.

I'm not a fan of the plastic hair bobbles, now I'm not sure why BUT I just don't feel very positive about them, maybe because my hairs super thick and I've used them once before, but they didn't hold my hair at all. last month we got the Dove pure care dry oil shampoo & this month we got the conditioner which means I now have shampoo & conditioner to take on holiday will me... Silver lining and all that haha.

We also got hand cream and a little tub of cream, I really wish we got one or the other if I'm honest plus in an earlier box we got this hand cream as well So now I have two of the same, I just wish there was a different product in it's place. We also got Hikari Lipstick this time round and although I love a good lippie, I hate the colour, I do not suit it at. It's Dune and I'm not really sure I can bring myself to use it because it may well do for a giveaway in the future.

I've heard so many good things about 'Your Tea' so this is one product that I am happy to have, means I cant try it out before actually buying it. I am happy with the Piffpaff pudding pot as well, it tasted AMAZING, perfect for a great chocolate treat on your periods.

All in all I wasn't blown away by this months box, I am grateful for all the tampons mind you but the products were a little meh and I wasn't megga excited about them. I am just hoping that next months box is a good one because I'll be suspending my box for a month as I have too much going on Money wise so I'll be taking it back up in July. Anyway, this has been April's Pink Parcel, what do you think of the products? Are they something you would be excited getting? Until next time... xox

  2. Thanks for sharing! This is why I'm a bit nervous about some subscription services, I worry about receiving things I won't like haha. But it seems like Pink Parcel delivers great stuff for the most part!

  5. Awww I'm sorry this months box was a bit disappointing, I'm never sure how to feel about these boxes, I have my usual pads/tampons that I like to use so I don't know if I'd be happy with the generic ones in the box and as you say, the products this months are a little meh.. I'll have to see what your next ones like to help me make my mind up!

  10. What an interesting subscription box! I don't know that I'd be at all excited for any of those items, but it does seem like it could be useful for some.
