Garnier Micellar Water: Review

Todays Review is on the Garnier Micellar Water.

I started using this product in April this year (2015) and ever since I started using it I have noticed a huge difference in the condition of my skin!
I have always been prone to Dry skin and big break outs when I least expect it, so when I found a product that claims to be perfect for sensitive skin and doesn't cause any flare ups, I was sold.

Before I was using Micellar water I was just using baby wipes to take my make up off then using a face wash to make sure my face was clean which was not my finest idea, month after month I would try different skin care products and nothing ever seemed to work! So I stuck to my old routine. But my skin was getting really dry and flaky again so I decided it was time I invested in something that is much better for my skin and won't strip it of its natural oils. So when I seen this on sale in Asda I scooped it up after all the great things I had heard, along with the Garnier Skin Naturals Soft Comforting Toner for Dry Skin.

A close up of the back of the Garnier Micellar Water bottle displaying the ingredients.

That night when it came to taking off my make up I read the back of the bottle which read;

How Does It Work? "For the 1st time Garnier introduces the Micellar technology in an all-in-one cleanser. Like a magnet, the cleansing agents capture and lift away dirt from the skin. No need to rub to remove impurities and make-up"

As soon as I read this I was very excited to start using it, So onto how I use it!

How Do I Use It? "Apply the product to a cotton pad and wipe the face, eyes and lips. No rinsing required"

Really? Is it really that easy? They were the thoughts that were going round in my mind but I have came this far so time to try the product out!

 Pour onto Cotton pad

I don't use too much, just enough to wet the pad.

Then I get to wiping it on my face.
I go in circular motion

I Make sure I get every part of my face.

Garnier Micellar Water soaked cotton pads with make up residue on them showing how they took off the make up

On Average I use around 3 Cotton pads but tonight was only two.
(this includes taking off eye make-up and lipgloss)

*And I'm impressed with the lack of make up I wore today!*

When I use this my skin always feels so fresh and clean afterwards. It doesn't leave my skin feeling heavy or full of grease which previous product I have tried have done. I am genuinely so happy with how this feels on my skin and how easy it is to use. This is something I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an easy product to introduce into their skin cleaning routine! Something that I do love about this product is that there is no rubbing needed! you just wipe your face with it and it gathers up everything! you can be confident in knowing that you have removed ALL and I mean ALL of the make up on your face. You don't even need to just use it to take make up off but to give your face a general clean after a long day or after a nights sleep. This product really does cover all bases, I even use it to take off face masks so I don't need to do any harsh rubbing on my skin.

All in all I would give this product a 4/5.
It only gets a 4 simply because removing anything water proof is a bit tougher.
But what can you expect? Its waterproof after all!

This product is not only the best thing I have ever tried for cleaning my skin it is also Budget friendly!
