Garnier Micellar Water infused with oil review
Unless you have been living under a rock I’m pretty sure you will have heard of Micellar Water in some way or another. It’s quickly became a beauty must have in my household and among my friends, I have actually spoken to someone who doesn’t like the Micellar Water (No doubt one of my friends will tell me they don’t like it now that I’ve said this HA!) But it’s a pretty big deal it seems with multiple brands bringing out their own Micellar waters and I think that’s great, I love having variety to choose from but time after time I find myself picking up the Garnier Micellar Water. It was the first one I ever heard of and the first one I tried, from that first use I was hooked and I even wrote a review of it *Here* But upon my last shopping trip I decided not to buy my usual one, instead I opted for Garniers Micellar Water infused with oil.
Upon first use I was sold. All my make up came off and I mean ALL OF IT! I am so used to having to spend a while trying to get my make up off no matter what product I use and it’s even worse when I have to use the smaller cotton pads but with this cleansing water it didn’t take to long to do. Usually I use a make up wipe first to get the bulk off and then go in with my Micellar water but I wanted to see how this would do up against all of my make up, untouched. I did use around 9/10 cotton pads to get all my make up off (Bad, I know) but I felt like it was coming off with ease and it left my face feeling silky smooth afterwards. What’s great about this product is that it really does what it says on the tin so to speak.
My waterproof mascara came right off, my face was left feeling cleansed and soft without putting my cream on yet and I was so surprised at the non greasy texture of the Micellar water. All in all I was super happy with my results. My skin was left cleansed and I felt like a queen with the skin of a baby! I know that I will be sticking to this Micellar water for sure, not only do I feel like its an amazing upgrade from Garnier’s normal Micellar water, it also smells great to! Plus I felt like I used less of the product and it done a better job.
On The Bottle;
Is Garnier Oil Infused Micellar Water for me?
Yes, if you are looking for an efficient, yet gentle cleanser that removes all make-up (even waterproof), impurities and dirt and leaves skin feeling nourished. Suitable even for dry, sensitive skin.
Why is it different?
Micellar Oil-Infused Cleansing Water is an easy way to remove even waterproof make-up, and cleanse and nourish the feel of skin, in 1 step without rinsing
How does it work?
For the 1st time Garnier Micellar technology is formulated with oils. The micelles (cleansing agents) capture impurities like a magnet & lift away dirt from the skin, whilst the oils instantly dissolve all types of make-up

Ooh, quick to remove all makeup AND good for your skin? I'm sold. I either get wrecked/distracted half way through, or wind up completely messing up my skin with something too harsh, so I'll definitely try this one for the proper full on makeup days!
I love it because it's so soothing to my skin, the oil really does help in this case!!
Sounds good to me! Have you tried the one without oil? Sarah
I have yeah, there is a link within the first paragraph to my review of it.
If I wore make-up, I'd definitely consider getting this. I do love the sound of it and also love packaging (I'm ashamed to admit this, but I'm easily sold when the packaging is great) x
I use it on days when I don't have any make up on, it's really great for skin in general I feel.
this looks fab, and not too expensive. I'm a sleep in make up girl, or give my face a go over with baby wipes!
I used to sleep In make up too haha but then I was noticing a lot of break outs so had to combat that. This works wonders
I am curious about this product. Would love to try it.
It really is a great product, I love using it
Great review, thanks for sharing X

Thank you! I hadn't heard of it before either, just the normal Micellar water but I saw this on the shelves in Superdrug and really wanted to know more about it.
I haven't tried micellar water, but this product sound fab. I swear by baby wipes for removing make-up!
Thanks for linking up to #AnythingGoes 🙂

I used to swear by baby wipes as well until I learned they take off your protective skin sebum which can in turn cause major break outs and dry patches to the skin so I opted to stop using them and start using something more skin friendly (although I do still use baby wipes from time to time haha)
I'd never heard of these but it looks fantastic. Definitely something I'll be looking out for as I hate having leftover make-up and how rubbish wipes are for your skin. Thanks for linking up to #MarvMondays. Kaye xo
I must confess I have never heard of Micellar Water. But I practically have been living under a rock and on the rare occasions I do wear make-up these says, I use my baby's wet wipes to take it off… #Stayclassymama
Oh no I've been living under a rock! But with my daredevil 15 month old I seem to miss any kind of news these days…however this looks absolutely fab and definitely worth a go. I actually swear by Garnier products as I have very sensitive skin and they seem to be more water-based than some. Thanks for linking up to #dreamteam Hope to see you next time xx
I've heard others say good things about this – I should really buy to try myself!
