Shrub Hair Care Review | Full Shrub Review
Who are Shrub?
Instant detangling spray
The instant detangling spray from Shrub was a life saver during all the processing I was doing to my hair, it was tugging up quite badly and this spray helped me glide my detangling brush through my hair with ease when it couldn’t do it on its own. I loved how well it worked and you don’t need a lot of it on your hair for it to work, I still have lots of product left and I have used it every time I wash my hair.
You use this spray on damp hair, concentrating on the stubborn areas with tangles and boom! you are brushing your hair with ease.
What Shrub Say:
“Vegan hair care inspired by our British countryside. We thought carefully about what went into this bottle, so that only natural goodness will come out. Honest ingredients. Ethical and sustainable sourcing. Here’s to not hiding behind anything – especially our haircare. Free from liquid plastics. Your hair might be in a tangle, you need not be. Lovingly assert some authority over unruly hair. Tease away tangles and loosen knots with ease. Spray all over damp hair, concentrating on the tangled areas.”
Heat protection spray
I always use a heat protection spray when I know I will be using heat on my hair which is very rarely. Heat protection spray is a great staple to have in your hair care routine as it will help to protect those luscious locks from heat damage, no matter the length. The Shrub heat protection spray will now firmly be a staple of mine, I’ll be buying more when it runs out along with the other products I have tried.
You can use this spray before drying your hair, curling, straightening and the likes, it will help to keep your hair in good condition.

A beautifying barrier to protect your hair from harsh heat. Use on hair before drying, curling or straightening.”
Wonder oil
The wonder oil has been a blessing for my damaged hair, I use this when my hair has dried to give it a nice finishing touch which helps to keep all those stray hairs at bay and massage it into my scalp so it can nourish my scalp and roots. I love using the oil because when I am massaging it, I feel relaxed, so I’ll do it for about 5 minutes as this also helps to stimulate your scalp for health hair growth. The oil is a nice consistency and it does dry on the skin, when I am finished massaging, I have completely dry hands about a minute later so there is no worrying about spreading oil everywhere. A little bit of oil goes a long way, especially on the scalp where I use two drops from the droplet and then I use a little more on my ends, around 4 to 5 drops and smooth the residue on my hands through my hair to help keep fly away hairs in place.

Formulated with a unique celery extract to soothe and help with dry, flaky scalp. Place one to two drops onto palm and rub to activate. Massage into your scalp to nourish roots or into your midlengths and ends to give your hair the finishing touch it deserves.”

These look fantastic! Especially the detangling spray – my hair has this insane ability to tangle itself, even when I've just brushed it and not even moved.I'll certainly be checking this out!Em x

Oh it’s so nice to have hair care products that really does wonders for your haur! I’ve been on the lookout for a heat protection for my hair too for those days I will use heat styling tools. I tried Aveda before but did not like the smell.
Sounds like really good hair care, saw in my local TKMaxx so will pick some up.
I picked some of these products up in TKmaxx but wanted to see people’s thoughts before actually using, thanks for sharing your review 🙂
