A Little about Madeline wilson-ojo:
“Hey there! My name is Madeline and I live somewhere in South London. This blog originally started out as a ‘book & communications blog’.
My decision to start madelinewilsonojo.com came from a dream to see people who fit my demographic (young, black and not from a particularly affluent neighbourhood) break stereotypes by asserting themselves professionally in the workplace without intimidation and expressing themselves with eloquence.
I combined this passion with my absolute love for books. In fact, I have been a bookworm since childhood! So if you love to read, we already have something in common.
Since then we have added so much more to the mix to spice things up, and now I lovingly refer to this blog as the place where we amplify the voice of the strong black lead, through book reviews, film reviews and real-life interviews!”

A Little about Leratanya:
“My name is Lerato Tanya hence ‘Leratanya’, genius right… I know . I am a Zimbabwean born Lifestyle Blogger based in Germany.
The idea of starting a blog has been brewing in my mind for quite some time (5 years and 2 blog attempts), however finding the courage to do it is not something that came as easily as thinking about it.
Throughout the years, I’ve struggled with self-doubt, fear of judgment, constant need of validation from others, and just a HUGE lack of self-awareness that held me back from stepping out of my comfort zone and taking a leap of faith to do the things that my heart has been calling me to do. “

Always love new content to read and/or listen to. I’m a fan of a couple of blogs mentioned here, like Riyah Speaks and Freshpin. My dad’s a big fan of gardening so I’ll be sure to send Lisa’s blog to him, and share it with a few other garden enthusiasts I know. The Quirky Podcast seems like something I’d like, so I’ll be sure to check that one out. Thanks for sharing!
