Taking care of my skin is a top priority for me.

I never used to take much notice of what I was using on my face.

But as I’ve gotten older, I’ve realised the importance of taking care of my skin and just how much a proper routine helps.

So, when I was asked if I would like to try out the Temple Spa My Kinda Skin Essentials Range, I just had to give it a go.

I have combination skin so I was a little worried there may not be an option for my concern but there was!

The My Kind Skin Essentials range is perfect for all skin types, including combination and you can also choose your own with the pick and mix option.

The TEMPLESPA Skincare Range

The My Kinda Skin Essentials range that they have is great, being able to choose your skin type and getting to focus on your skin concerns really makes it easy to curate a skincare set perfect for you.

They have;

Normal – For skin that’s totally balanced and requires great pillars of skincare.

Sensitive – If irritation and redness are something your skin experiences.

Oily – For skin types that experience excess oil, blemishes and breakouts.

Dry – For skin that can be dry and flaky and always thirsty for your skincare.

Combination – If your skin sits somewhere between dry and oily and just can’t make up its mind!

Plus, they have Pick your own which allows you to choose which products you want.

I have been trying out the Pick & Mix option which have products chosen especially for my skin type and concerns.

In the kit I got a cleanser, toner and moisturiser, and altogether they have been working in harmony on my skin.

I started using the products around the end of January and finished them around the first or second week of April.

Knowing roughly when I started helped a lot because it meant I could keep an eye on how long these products lasted.

I am very pleased with how much I got out of them to be honest. I still have cleanser and toner left but I’ve used all the moisturiser.

Dual Act Cleanser

I was first introduced to the Dual Act Cleanser last year and I have been using it since.

It’s such a good cleanser, like, I don’t know how to put into word just how much I have enjoyed using this on my skin.

The best part of this cleanser is you can use it wet or dry, it’s completely up to you.

I personally use it dry throughout the week and then when I’ having a bath or shower, I’ll use it wet. If I really want a good cleanse though, I’ll use the cleanser dry, then wet to double cleanse my skin.

Since I started using this Dual Act Cleanser, my skin feels like it’s actually being cleaned properly.

My face always feels smooth and grime free after just one use, regardless if I use it wet or dry.

It also smells heavenly, so fresh and inviting. It definitely keeps with the relaxed, calm aesthetics of a spa.

A multi-tasking cleanser for skin that can’t make up its mind if it’s oily, dry or simply normal.DUAL ACT is a highly intelligent formula that behaves as two cleansers in one by treating multiple skin types at the same time! Toning Essence

I love a good toner, especially if I can just spray them on my face and go!

And that’s exactly what the Toning Essence does.

It’s super easy to use, dry’s in nicely, doesn’t leave my skin tight and overall, feels good to use.

The scent is fresh and inviting, very chill vibes if you can imagine that in scent form.

It’s not only great for toning in your skincare routine, it’s also works good for using as a refreshing face mist in the hot weather.

An alcohol-free facial cleansing toner that cools and refreshes your skin.

The cleansing finale of your daily skincare routine! Toning removes deeply embedded debris and the final traces of cleanser, to leave skin squeaky clean and ready for your favourite moisturiser. Wonderfully calming, soothing, and full to the brim with goodness to ensure pores are refined, toned and hydrated. It’s quite an essential skin treatment!

TONING ESSENCE brightening toner has a light, refreshing texture and the fragrance is inspired by a Mediterranean summer salad. The ingredient list is straight from the markets – tomato, lemon, orange, melon, rosemary, basil, mandarin, lime and ginger. It’ll leave your skin singing!

Be Still Settling Moisturiser

The third and final product I have just finished using is the Be Still settling Moisturiser.

When I say it smells heavenly, I mean it.

There’s a calming feeling to using the moisturiser and the lavender scent really does come through.

Doing my routine at night was made a lot better by treating it like a mini spa facial, something that I do for myself to feel good. It’s a great way to mix two things together, skincare and relaxation!

What I really like about the Temple Spa products is that they all stick to the spa like theme and can be used in an everyday setting or creating your own at home spa with good quality products.

Since using this moisturiser I have noticed that my skin feel a lot smoother than it did before.

It feels hydrated and plumper which is nice because I was struggling for a while with rough texture, no matter what I used.

The packaging is lovely as well, I especially like the fact that as you use it, the chamber inside goes up, so you know just how much you have left and it helps get every drop out of it.

Final Thoughts on My Kinda Skin Essentials From TEMPLESPA

All in all, I have loved using these products.

My skin feels super soft, it looks good and I have really enjoyed everything about these 3 essential items.

Overall my personal favourite is still the Dual Act cleanser!

I personally love how well it works with my skin and honestly, it’s one of the best I’ve ever used.

But, the toner and moisturiser both come in a close second.

I couldn’t choose between these two of which was best because they have both preformed so well on my skin.

Honestly, I can hand on heart say that I have had a good experience with the TEMPLESPA products I’ve used to date.
