P.S I Love You
This is one of my absolute favourite romantic films to watch when I need a good cry.
Ps. I Love You was released in 2007, featuring Gerard Butler, Hilary Swank, Lisa Kudrow and a whole host of amazing actors/actresses.
The plot of this movie is a great tale of love and finding one’s self intertwined with some funny moments and great acting. I can guarantee that you will need tissues for this one, it’s a real tearjerker.

The Notebook
An absolute classic when it comes to romantic films.
It features a dreamy Ryan Gosling as the leading male and a stunning Rachel McAdams as the leading lady.
I know I don’t have to say too much about this one as I’m pretty sure most people have heard of this classic love title before. It’s a top contender for my Rom Com night for sure.
Valentines Day
With a title fitting for February 14th, this movie is a must watch for the big day.
It has a star-studded cast featuring the likes of Kathy Bates, Jessica Alba, Bradley Cooper, Patrick Dempsey, Anne Hathaway, Jamie Foxx and more.
The plot centres around intertwined couples and singles in Los Angeles navigating Valentine’s day, each with their own unique story line. Definitely add this to your viewing list!

The Proposal
The Proposal is a great Romantic Comedy to watch on Valentine’s day.
It features Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds as they play out their will, they, won’t they romance on screen.
It’s filled with witty one liner, would you expect anything less from Mr Reynolds himself? And great onscreen relationships that are sure to elicit a laugh or two.
Ghost
An absolute classic that I am convinced everyone should watch at least once in their lives.
Ghost is one of those movies that has it all, a great cast, funny moments, tear jerking scenes and a romance that gets your right in the heart.
This is a must watch for anyone who is looking for a bit of movie nostalgia.
Hitch
This is one purely for my other half on our movie night.
He’s a huge fan of Will Smith and personally I quite like this movie. It’s funny at times and it’s a bit of a different take on the romantic side of things.
It is a little predictable and has a huge cheese factor to it, but overall, it’s a good film that ties in with the whole rom com theme.
Game Night
I only saw this movie for the first-time last year and I have to admit, I found it rather enjoyable.
I loved Jason Bateman’s performance hit a home run in my opinion and paired with Rachel McAdams as leading lady, the overall dynamic was fun to watch.
Some of the characters weren’t predictable which I liked and with the twists and turns, it kept me guessing which is rare when I watch films. I think this is a great title to add to your Valentine’s day viewing.

When we First Met
As time travel movies go, I found this to be enjoyable.
It was predictable but judging by the trailer, you get what you see. It’s funny at points and the way the storyline unfolds makes for easy viewing.
I quite enjoy Adam Devine as an actor, and he is definitely well suited for the leading role. It’s a great movie to stick on if you’re looking for something that doesn’t require a ton of concentration.
