Taking a Look at My January To-Do List | 2021 Edition
Happy new year everyone!
I feel like just the other week I was sitting down to write my 2020 to do list because last year somehow managed to mess with the perception of time, not that I’m surprised really after that s*%t storm we got.
The other night I was reading through my January 2020 to do list and I couldn’t help but let out a high pitched sort of squeal/laugh thing as I read the second paragraph.
Boy, did I have some foreshadowing going on!
“It’s quite surreal sitting here, typing up my January to do list because I’m still not ready for 2020, my body still feels like it’s on 2019 turf which is a strange concept for me.
Normally I am loving the start of the new year so I can get focused but this year I am not feeling it at all, I hope this isn’t a reflection of how this year will turn out ha-ha.” – From January To Do 2020
But anyway, we are still in a s*%t storm and we are in yet another lockdown which really doesn’t surprise me with the way the government is just letting us down, that’s a conversation for another day though.
I may not be super pumped about 2021 yet, but I’m hoping with every part of me that this year is so much better than last.
I know I’m asking a lot but I don’t know if my mental health can survive another year of this if I’m honest.
Anyway, before I waffle on, let’s take a look at my January To Do list shall we?
Normally I would do a look back or something but I thought I would start fresh with my To Do list and carry on my monthly look back in February.
My January To-Do List

Buy Flowers
This has become a staple now on my January to do list now.
When the new year rolls in I love to brighten up my room a little with a bunch of colourful flowers, especially since all the Christmas decorations come down and it looks a little bare.
Create 3 new products
I really need to get my head in the game when it comes to my store.
I have been letting it slip a little so I have made it a goal to create 3 new products before the end of January to get listed.
I’m not sure what yet to be honest, but I know I want to create ha-ha.
Get 3 sponsored posts
I have been taking on more sponsored posts lately.
Since starting my business I have been doing everything I can to make sure the cash is flowing for bills and living costs etc.
And taking on sponsored posts has been a big help in that respect so my goal is to land 3 more this month.
Make 10 sales
I am super thankful that I have been making consistent sales every month through Gumroad.
It honestly means the absolute world that people are enjoying my products and I have noticed a lot of returning customers through December which just blows my mind and I am forever grateful for.
So, hopefully I can keep that up and make at-least 10 sales this month, fingers crossed.
AD* I have a range of Blog planners which are fantastic for bloggers who want to take their blog and organisation to the next level plus I have branding products for Instagram available.

List Items on eBay
I have a mountain of items just piling up in the house that I haven’t wanted to throw away because I keep telling myself that I will list them on eBay or somewhere similar.
I think it’s best to do so because they are in great condition or have tags still on them. But, I haven’t gotten round to it yet.
With the new year I have decided to finally get on top of those little tasks that just keep mounting up and I never get around to doing, listing items is top of that list.
Throw a Fortnite party for Little Bear
Little Bears birthday is on the 12th January and this year he has asked for a Fortnite theme.
I have been sourcing Fortnite decorations and such for weeks now and I think I finally have everything.
We aren’t throwing a proper big party like we normally would because of Lockdown and such but I wanted to make it special for him none the less.
It will just be the 4 of us in the house, celebrating him turning 7 (I am not ok with how old he is getting, not ok at all! *cries*)
Get on top of Pinterest
Pinterest has became my new project. I have loved making new pins lately but I haven’t been putting them out.
I have a folder full of sub folders for pins for around 60 of my posts so far, getting them onto Pinterest though is a different matter.
I’m not sure why I loath scheduling pins so much but I do, this month I’m hoping to overcome that and finally get on top of Pinterest.

Buying flowers is such a good idea! It really depresses me when the christmas decorations go down, and fresh flowers never fail to brighten up a room.
I really like the idea of buying flowers. It would instantly make me so happy. I hope Little Bear has such a blast at his Fortnite themed party – I think he would love it!
