A Full Review of LQ Skin Hair Nails Max Supplements

AD/PR Sample – A Full Review of LQ Skin Hair Nails Max Supplements [Updated – Jan 2025]
When I first tried Health supplements, it was the LQ Liquid health which I’ve spoken about on the blog before, but I’m here today to talk all about the LQ Skin Hair Nails Max!
At the time of reviewing LQ Collagen back in December 2019, I had a 20 day supply.
Unfortunately I didn’t notice any changes to my hair, nails or skin.
I couldn’t help but wonder though what changes I could have seen if I had a 30 day supply as that’s apparently when you will start to notice the benefits and see results.
So, when I was given the change to try out the new LQ Skin Hair Nails Max with a 30 day supply, I was intrigued.
About LQ Skin Hair Nails Max Supplements
LQ Skin Hair Nails Max supplement are Scientifically formulated to support healthy skin, hair and nails.
They are a 50ml daily shot with 7000mg Marine Collagen per serving and beauty formulation with Marine Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, Biotin, Resveratrol, Glucosamine, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Silicon and natural sweetener Stevia, which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair.
It also has selenium which contributes to the maintenance of normal nails.
Each 50ml shot contains 225% Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) of Vitamin C and are passion fruit flavour which taste pretty good to be honest.
Plus, Skin Hair Nails Max is formulated to be gluten, lactose and dairy-free.

Designed for daily use
These supplements have been designed to be taken daily and are an “all-in-one beauty collagen shot”, and can be taken absolutely anywhere making them convenient for busy, on the go lifestyles.
I took one of my bottles camping with me so that I didn’t have to miss a day whilst I was away for the weekend at the end of July.
And I have to say, it was great because it didn’t take up much room at all!
I simply put it in my travel wash bag and in the morning when I was having my piece of fruit, I easily took my shot of the LQ Skin Hair Nails max.
Taste Test
The shots were exactly what I was expecting since I have already had the pleasure of trying out products from this brand.
But, what was different this time was the taste.
Although last time I didn’t find them to taste bad or anything, I did notice that this time I have been able to drink them easier.
I didn’t particularly think about the taste or smell, but that could be down to the fact last time I researched the products first and had seen a few people mention a horrible taste, one that I didn’t experience though.
So, going into trying the products this time, I wasn’t expecting any sort of taste other than what I experienced first go around.
But, they have definitely done something with them as I actually found myself wanting to take more than one!
I didn’t, but I could have happily drank a few a day as they tasted nice.
So, did I see any visible results this time round?
To be completely honest, I did!
I was halfway through my supply when I started to notice that my nails were feeling stronger again.
This year I started taking supplements which helped, but I stopped taking them around the end of February and by May, my nails weren’t in the best condition any more.
Plus I wear false nails daily which doesn’t help.
So, when I was noticing that my nails were stronger I was over the moon because my nails are important to me, I have to keep them in the best condition because I wear false nails constantly.
If my nails aren’t in good health, I can’t wear my nails which make me feel more like me.
Skin changes
Then when I had 13 days left of supplements I started to notice a change in my skin.
I didn’t use anything different in my routine apart from the 50ml shots, so when I saw my skin starting to clear up, I was shocked.
Plus, I also felt very thankful as I have been trying to clear my skin up for the past few months, lockdown seemed to wreak havoc on my face, causing all sorts of break outs which is strange considering I’ve not worn make-up since March.
So you can imagine my excitement at not having any spots all over my chin.
I feel these supplements helped in the overall appearance of my face, the spots weren’t bulging and they didn’t feel sore and inflamed.
Hair changes
Now onto my hair!
I have to keep it 100 right now, I honestly didn’t notice a change in my hair.
If there was going to be any changes, it would be from the root of the hair at my scalp, but I didn’t see a difference in my hair at all sadly.
I am glad my nails and skin were improving though, I’ll take that over nothing ha-ha.
Final Thoughts on A Full Review of LQ Skin Hair Nails Max Supplements
Now that I have come to the end of my supplements, I have to admit that I am quite sad because I want to keep taking them.
Unfortunately, the price isn’t a winner for me as it’s £29.99 for a 10 day supply making them not the most budget friendly.
However, I understand why they are priced like this because of how good they are and the ingredients etc.
I’m not mad, I’m just a bit gutted as I can’t afford to keep them going regularly.
I will be investing in some when I can though because I have really enjoyed using the supplements, they have become a staple in my morning routine, and I want that back.
All in all, I have had a great experience using the LQ Skin Hair Nails Max supplements.
It was a lot better than the first time round and I think that’s down to the fact I used them for longer than 20 days.
I would for sure recommend trying them out if you are looking for a supplement that does what it says in terms of nails and skin, but only if it’s cost effective for you.
