Right from the start, Intergalactic won me over.
Its design is stunning, and the scent is truly out of this world.
Plus, it has popping candy mixed in with all its amazing ingredients!
Who wouldn’t love that?
When Lush announced they were bringing exclusive Oxford Street products like this to more stores, I was over the moon!
As I mentioned in my review of The Experimenter, my top three bath bombs to get were Intergalactic, The Experimenter, and Frozen.
So finally getting my hands on these made me super happy, and I couldn’t wait to use them.
First Impressions: Intergalactic Bath Bomb, The Scent That Surprises You
At first, the scent of Intergalactic caught me off guard.
I thought it smelled a bit like a men’s washing product, which threw me for a moment.
But after a few minutes, once the fragrance settled, I was hooked.
The peppermint scent is strong and unmistakable, peppermint is clearly a star ingredient here.
The minty freshness instantly transported me somewhere else.
Oddly enough, I kept picturing a rainforest, probably because of that classic Herbal Essences mint shampoo ad with the woman showering in the rain.
Maybe my brain just made the connection because of the minty vibe.
If you don’t like overpowering scents, this one might not be for you.
But if you enjoy uplifting and powerful fragrances, Intergalactic will excite your senses and get you eager to try it.

The Bath Experience: A Galaxy of Colour and Sparkle
The moment I dropped the Intergalactic bomb in, it exploded with vibrant colours and glitter.
The popping candy was crackling away, creating this magical soundtrack while releasing an out-of-this-world scent.
Honestly, I felt like I was swimming through my own galaxy, and definitely the queen of it.
The water filled with bright pinks, yellows, and blues, all shimmering with glitter. It was stunning!
If you love a beautiful burst of colours and glitter streaming through your bath, then this is the bath bomb for you.
After it finished fizzing, the tub was left with a gorgeous shade of deep blue and glitter floating everywhere.
I felt like a mermaid swimming in an enchanted sea.
You really need to try it to see the magic for yourself.
Intergalactic Bath Bomb, The Scent That Keeps on Giving
I expected the strong scent to fade once the bath bomb hit the water, but it actually got even stronger!
The minty freshness opened up my airways so well, I could breathe clearly like I hadn’t in ages.
I was so impressed that I called my other half into the bathroom just so he could smell it too.
The scent lingered in the room all night long. Every time I stepped into the bathroom, I caught whiffs of that amazing minty aroma.
The fragrance even stayed on my skin for hours afterward, which made me keep smelling my arm (S gave me some strange looks for that, but I just couldn’t help myself!).
I can’t rave enough about this scent, it’s everything I want from a bath bomb: refreshing, uplifting, and totally addictive.
Skin Benefits: Soft, Soothing, and Hydrated
The Intergalactic bath bomb contains peppermint oil, which left my skin feeling soothed and with a gentle tingle after my bath, something I wasn’t expecting but totally loved.
My skin felt incredibly soft and hydrated, like it had soaked up a good dose of moisture.
I genuinely felt my skin was in better condition after using this bath bomb.

Final Thoughts on Intergalactic Bath Bomb
This bath bomb shot straight to the top of my Lush favourites.
After one use, I wanted to buy a dozen more!
The scent is fantastic, refreshing and uplifting while the look is simple yet striking with its vivid colours and glitter.
The whole experience left me wanting more, and honestly, I’d use this bath bomb every time if I could.

I always get lush products when I am in the UK. I really like rose scented ones. This one does sound interesting though 🙂
