Blogging Goals for 2016
I hope you all enjoyed the holidays and had a wonderful time at Christmas and New Year’s, I know I did! I spent it with the people I love most, seeing my child happy because the festive spirit was in all of us and we done everything possible to give him an amazing Christmas full of joyful.
I thought it fitting after all these thoughts and ideas rushing through my head to do a post on my Blogging Goals for 2016. I thought long and hard about what exactly it is I want to achieve, where do I want my blog to go and what is achievable. Personally I enjoy having my goals written down in black and white because it helps me to stick to my goals, it’s sort of making them physical in a way if that makes scene?
1: Set out a new schedule for blog posts.
Right now I don’t have much of a schedule for my blog, I am sort of posting when and if I feel like it, so I feel maybe having a set schedule may help me to take my blog to new heights.
2: Attend more events I’m invited to.
I have been lucky enough to be invited to a few blogging events in Glasgow but sometimes I feel nervous or anxious about going. This year I want to get over that fear and start taking advantage of these opportunities.
3: Reach out to more bloggers.
4: Participate in more Linkups.
5: Introduce a new series (Hint: It Includes my Friends)
6: Try more places to eat in Glasgow for blogging.
7: Use my Camera more.
I have a great camera and it’s about time I started to use it! this year the plan is to get out and and about more with it to take pictures for the blog.
8: Stay organised.
Sometimes I really don’t feel organised when it comes to my blog, I am a mess with trying to keep everything in order which is a big shock to me as I am a very organised person, so this year I have gotten myself a blogging notebook to keep track of posts and such.
9: Keep on top of blog maintenance.
I really need to keep on top of my blog maintenance, I haven’t gotten into the groove of it yet so I am thinking of ways that I can set out a schedule to make it a little easier.

I love that you haven't included the typical "I want to reach x followers on y" goals. It's great that your goals are focused on the stuff that you can actually influence and do instead of having luck to reach a certain number.
I'm looking forward to your blogging series. 🙂
Thank you! I didn't want to set goals that I know I'm not putting my all into, like trying to get so many followers etc… I want people to follow me because they like my blog, not because I'm campaigning for them. Thanks sweetie! I'm hoping it comes together very soon! Xo
