Create your own at home spa with Temple Spa
I love a good spa day, it’s one of those things that make me happy and helps me to feel relaxed and refreshed. Normally I would go for a spa day a few times a year but 2020 sadly had other plans, but I haven’t let it stop me form having those highly coveted spa days that I love.
Who are Temple Spa?
Temple Spa is an award-winning skincare brand with a Mediterranean soul. Their luxurious results-driven skincare and spa experiences have created their mottos of “spa wherever you are” and most importantly to live, breathe and love who you are.The founders and owners Liz and Mark Warom run their beautiful Temple Spa skincare company from West Sussex.
Spa at home
I have had the pleasure of trying out a good range of the Temple Spa products so far and although I use them to create the spa like atmosphere by lighting one of their candles and setting up my products to pamper myself with to help my skin feel and look healthy, I also use three of their products daily.
The versatility of being able to choose how and when I use the products has been a huge plus for me because there have been some products in the past that really only benefit my skin if I use them constantly and don’t break routine where as with the Temple Spa products I find that I can add them in or take them out when I want to and it doesn’t cause my skin to freak out.
Their Dual Act Cleanser has been my favourite product so far at it feels great on the skin and can be used two ways meaning that I can interchange how I use the cleanser but normally I will do a dry cleanse, wiping it off after use followed by using it with water to give my skin that deep cleanse. It works great on my skin and helps me keep it balanced. When I have my spa nights I use this first in my routine to get my skin nice and clean ready for my mini facial.
As well as these three wonderful products that I have been using both daily and in my spa routine I have a few other products that I use on my spa nights to help me feel relaxed and refreshed such as their Clean up your act facial cleansing brush. I used to use facial cleansing brushes regularly but after a few months I noticed that my skin felt raw instead of gently cleansed and I had to do a lot of work to get my skin in better condition again.
So, now I only use this one maybe once a week, if that to help me gently exfoliate but it’s a staple in my spa night routine. I will use it with the Dual act cleanser to really give my face a deep cleanse, prepping it for the facial I will do. It’s a great little facial cleansing brush, easy to use, good grip and it works well so I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new facial cleansing brush.
Combining all of these products together helps me create the perfect spa night at home, it’s not complicated, I don’t have to be a professional to do it and everything works in harmony with each other putting my mind at rest that I won’t ruin my skin by trying to re-create those heavenly facials you get at the spa.
