Here are some ideas on habits to add into your morning routine:
- Do Some Morning Meditation
- Have a Smoothie Each Day

On a journey of personal growth, celebrating your achievements is powerful because It reinforces positive behaviour and boosts your self-esteem.
This will in turn motivate you to set and achieve future goals. It also helps you to identify what works and what doesn’t in your journey.
I highly recommend getting yourself something like a success board or a diary where you can reflect on your successes.
Personally I am adding this to my New Year’s Resolutions and using a “success board”, well that’s what I’m calling it.
Here’s how you can create your own success board –
What you need:
- A board such as a Cork Message Board, Magnetic Dry Eraser Board or even some cut out cardboard.
- Scissors
- Pins / Magnets / BluTak
- Pens
How to create the board:
Take your desired board (I used this Cork Notice Board) and find where you’re going to keep it.
Make sure its somewhere you’ll see it daily to help motivate you. You could add some quotes or images to your board for extra motivation, but the goal is to fill it up over the year.
This is sort of like a reverse vision board, so by the end of the year it will be full of your achievements to see how far you’ve come.
When you have a win, no matter the size, take a piece of paper and write or draw about it. Take that piece of paper and pin it to your board.
This is a great way to self-motivate and celebrate your successes.

Thank you 😊
Oh these resolutions and goals are spot on! I want to achieve many of these myself with the exception of journaling. I tried this in the past but I have such bad handwriting that it was difficult and then I did it digitally but I just did not like the sound of own voice if that makes senses so I stopped. But I do write down goals and am pretty focused. Good luck on these!
