*Spanx Thinstincts Tank Top
Sometimes I just want a product that’s going to hold me in, get rid of the wobbly bits and slim my figure down when I wear certain clothes. I have tried control pants, I have tried shape wear and nothing has really gave me that confident feeling whilst staying in place, not riding up or feeling like I can’t breath. But now I have found a holy grail product that keeps everything tight, in place whilst being able to breath freely and that product is the Spanx Thinstincts Tank top!
When I first opened the top up I was a little worried that it wouldn’t fit me because I felt like it looked just that little bit too small for me. I decided to go for the size 12 rather than the 10 just because of my bust as I’m a little on the larger side in the boob area and thought that a size 12/Medium would be the best option for me so looking at the top thinking it would be too small devastated me but my gran said, “Don’t worry until you have tried it on” So that is exactly what I done. I’m not going to lie, I did need my grans help getting it on because I was silly and let it roll up when I was putting it over my head and I couldn’t un-roll the back, so word of warning if you do buy this, don’t gather it all together to put on, it couldn’t end up in some pulled muscles trying to unroll it haha, but I will say once I put it on a few day’s later on my own I made sure that it was kept as stretched out as much as possible and I got it on no bother. After having it on a few times I realised the reason I thought it looked too small, I had actually been given a size UK6, If I had seen that before I tried it on I wouldn’t have even bothered with it and I would have gotten in touch with the person I was dealing with in this product review, luckily enough it does fit me, much to my surprise, there’s no way I would have thought a Size 6 fits me but it does!
Anyway, once the top was on I could have cried… WITH JOY! My mum tum disappeared, I was flattened out, no little over hang, no muffin top.. nothing! It was gone, I was being help in place and I couldn’t even tell because it felt like I was wearing a normal tank top, a very silky smooth tanks top. I felt so confident in the top, I was shocked because I genuinely thought it wouldn’t fit me but as the material is stretchy and breathable it was very comfy to wear and after 5 minutes I forgot I was wearing it.
the quality of this tank top is unbelievable, the materiel feels super soft and very lightweight. I love that it’s breathable and can be worn under any of your clothes without feeling like your going to be to warm, I didn’t feel any warmer at all than I would have if I wasn’t wearing the spanx top, it was a really pleasurable experience wearing it because I felt confident and didn’t feel like I was falling out anywhere.
The tank top comes in either black or nude so that you can use it with what ever clothing you wish and the straps are also convertible for you to wear it as a halter top or cross back to accommodate what ever you are planning on wearing. It doesn’t feel too tight but still makes you feel secure and comfortable.

All in all I am super impressed with this Spanx Tank top, It’s lightweight, breathable, stretchy and extremely comfortable to wear. This is my first ever spanx product and now that I’ve had a taste of one I want to try them all! I would really recommend this for anyone who want’s to feel like their being held in whilst being able to breath, not thinking about the fact they are wearing something because it’s very forgetful (In a good way)

Nothing like a good slimming product to make you feel fabulous! You rock it too, quite a high price tag for such a small amount of material though, gosh! Would love to try one someday though 🙂

It is a high price tag and i think if i hadnt tried it i probably wouldnt think it would be worth it but since ive started using it i just feel so good! I have no overhang anywhere! So I feel its been worth it 🖤

I've been the exact same! All the unhealthy stuff jas left me with a little podge but this has really helped mask it whilst I try loose some weight, its been perfect! 🖤
In my little humble opinion, you don't need it at all, but I also love the effect these have! They leave with you such a nice shape and no bumps! I love them! This one looks incredible!

I know SPANX can be on the expensive side, but they are so worth it! I love them, especially since I gained 20 pounds last year :/ lol
Yeah they are pricy if you want the actual spanx brand but nothong beats the real thing! It does amazing! 🖤

Woow, you look amazing! I don't know how you can get Size 6 and Size 12 mixed up. I wonder what a Size 12 would be like for you. I'm not sure about the price tag though… But I suppose if it makes you feel good about yourself as well as it feeling like you're not wearing it, then it's worth it.

Thanks hun 🖤 yeah the mix up was weird, if i hadnt tried it on and have it fit great I would have sent it back for a size 12. Like it looks a little small but once its on its great! The price tag can be scary but its a great investment into something that can last a good while 🖤🖤

I actually love wearing a base layer like this — Chicago is pretty cold for most of the year, and I hate when my first layer gets all bunched up! And it's good to know that you can size down quite a bit in this top — I wonder what the 12 would've been like!

When I read the brief for this I really wasn't overwhelmed as I didn't think it would really work but after trying it out I can genuinely say that it made me feel AMAZING!
