My Experience seeing Circus Extreme
I was very grateful to get the chance to go along and see the show in all its glory.
Set up at Silverburn Shopping Centre in Glasgow, their big tent is ready to welcome everyone to the most exciting show of the year!
Before going into the show there are some stalls set up where you can get food and drinks as well as light up swords and such for kids.
There was cotton candy, popcorn, slushies, soft drinks and more, exactly what you would expect to see at a circus.
I liked that there was a good variety of snacks and drinks on offer and the smell was heavenly. It reminded me of a fairground and definitely added to the whole circus atmosphere.
There’s also toilets set up in a massive trailer which was good to see. That’s something I had been thinking about before going as I always find myself having to nip to the toilet before shows. So, it was great they had some set up.
Circus Extreme show
The show takes place in their big top tent which is so much bigger than I had imagined. There’s plenty of seats inside that all had a good view of the stage and from what I could see, there’s no obstructions to the view.
We sat ringside which was amazing. I felt like I was up close and personal with the performances and the view was spectacular.
From the moment the show began, my eyes were glued to the stage.
Sitting there, watching it all unfold before my eyes had me on the edge of my seat, literally! Because on more than one occasion my heart was in my throat as I watched the death defying stunts and I hate to admit this, but I screamed a few times.
It’s not scary, it’s more of a “I can’t believe how amazing this act is and how they are doing these mind blowing stunts”.
During the show there is a short interval where you can head out to the foyer and get some drinks and food or nip to the toilet. I like that there was a break within the show to allow for stretching legs and getting more refreshments.
After the interval the show starts again and from the moment it does, the action is constant!
Once the show had finished I couldn’t get over how fantastic it was. I knew it would be good but it really did exceed all expectations.
I was really lucky that once everyone had cleared out of the tent, myself and my guests got the chance to go onto the stage and see some things up close. We got to get some photos with Henry the Prince of Clowns and the motorbikes used in the stunts.
It was such a great experience and I’m very grateful to get the chance.
Exciting from start to finish
I genuinely can’t say enough good things about the show because wow. All the acts are mesmerising and are amazing at what they do. You can tell how much work and skill goes into the acts.
From start to finish, it’s enjoyable, exciting and truly enthralling.
I think this would be a great show for any day out. With it being family friendly you can take the kids and have fun where you all enjoy the show.

It’s been ages since I visited a circus. This sounds exciting.

Lovely
Circus was rubbish . Wasn’t a Circus just bad singing and woman trying to dance
Oh gosh, that doesn’t sound like the show I experienced! Was it Circus Extreme you saw? Was it recent? I only ask as the show I saw in 2022 was extremely entertaining, filled with lots of stunts, dirt bikes, trapeze acts and more. I really hope that it’s not gone downhill, it was a fabulous show and we paid to go again, which was as a good experience the 2nd time around. I can only imagine the disappointment if it’s only someone singing and dancing, that wouldn’t be entertaining at all!
